Reprogramming your subconscious mind In 30 Days!
To reprogram your subconscious mind with powerful affirmations, you must listen to the affirmations at least once a day for at least 30 days!
Why 30 days?
We humans are habitual, and science claim that 96-98% of all we think and do is out of habit! If you want to make changes in your life, you must develope new habits. And to create new habits, your brain has to create new neurological pathways. and to do so you must repeat a new way of acting or thinking in a certain amount of time before the pathway is created, and it feels natural to do or think in the new way.
Through teacher Jack Canfield, I heard about a very interesting research done by neuro- scientists that work in NASA. The research showed that if you want to do a belief change or some kind of paradigm shift you have to do the process like visualization or repeting affirmations every single day for 30 days without one day missed!
It takes 30 days to reprogram your subconscious mind!
In the research they made astronauts wear some glasses with special lenses that made the world appear upside down. What they found was that 25 – 30 days into the experiment every single astronaut, even if they had these lenses on 24 hours a day, in their brains created new neural pathways so that they were now able to see the world right side up! Even if the image still came in through the eye upside down!
In a subsequent experiment they had half of the astronauts take off the glasses on day 15, keep them off for 24 hours, and put them on on day 16. It took another 25-30 days before their brains created those new neurological pathways!
This means you can’t skip a day!!
The same with changing a belief system or habit of action.
So be persistant when listening to your powerful affirmations!
Thank you!

Ahoy Claus,
Great post and very true. I have used this same technique for many years.
It also works well with replacing bad habits with not-so-bad habits!
Arrr.
Rob
Thanx, Rob!
It truely works that way!
Funny how it takes 30 days to build a new good habit, but only two or three tries to become addicted to a bad habit
Hi MrIdea!
You certanly are right about that one!!
Very interesting I defently will start listening to your audio. Thank you claus for pointing this Out!!!!
Thank you, Edward, I hope, and think, you will like the audios!
very very interesting thank you
You are welcome, Michael.
when you listen to the affirmations do you need to repeat to yourself what is said, or just listen ?
The most important thing is trying to feel what is said as being the truth. It might be challenging in the beginning, but in time it gets easier. If repeating the affirmations make it easier for you to feel it, then do it. But just listening can be enough. Personally I say the affirmations, as that works best for me. Hope this helps..
Hi, Mr. Jensen,
This just answered 1 of my questions. I just downloaded the affirmations a week ago and started listening to them 2 days ago. At the moment I have a job driving 5 hours a day. I put the cd on loop: I am listening to the audible track for about 1 hour and also repeat each affirmation once each time during each loop. Then I listen to track 3 on loop for the rest of the 4 hours. The music is very soothing. This is a different approach to affirmations than what I usually get, but I really like them. I have 1 question though: Do I need to use headphones for those affirmations and also, do I have to be relaxed while listening, or is it ok to listen while driving. I work 2 jobs 6 days a week and otherwise do not have much time to listen to them. But I do want to change my life for the better. Thanks for making this free audio available and I am looking into purchasing the money affirmations as soon as I can.
Hi Leokadia,
It sounds like you are really ready for some changes in your life!

Thank you so much for your comment
Of course you can listen to the audios while driving as long as you stay focused on the traffic and on driving safely.
There are some effects on the audios that you will only benefit from when using headphones, but don’t do that while driving! The ideal way of using the audios is with headphomes and in a relaxed state. But using them as you do is also effective. Mainly because of the repetition og the affirmations.
Keep up the good work
Best regards, Claus
hi tkx a lot Mr D Jensen for sharing this important information, but what if we listen to it in a deep trance either in self hypnosis session or in a deep state of meditation.Thank you so much.
Hi Jonathan,
Thank you for your comment.
Your mind will still “hear” the messages in a state of deep meditation. I have no experience when it comes to trance…

I am experimenting by playing these affirmations while am asleep. I started six days ago and the first two days I was irritated and I felt like I didn’t sleep well. but now am starting to sleep very well. How do I know when the effects of the affirmations kick in? How will know when to stop? how do i modify your affirmations to add my personal ones? or is there a free text to speech converter that I can use to create personal affirmations…spoken?
Hi George,
Thank you for your comment. I think you will know when the effect kicks in
. When to stop? Trust your inspiration and listen to them as long as you feel like doing it. It’s normal that you might feel uncomfortable in the beginning, as a part of us doesn’t like the idea of change! You can add your name in your mind when repeting the affirmations. it will make them more personal. I’m not aware of a converter like that.
Hi George,
For free text to speech you can try out vozMe or better still http://www2.research.att.com/~ttsweb/tts/demo.php
They both work well for me I use the music I downloaded from Claus and merge with my own affirmations. Hope it works for you too
I have personally used this myself and yes, it does work. A friend of mine shared a list of positive affirmations with me. I personalized it and began to read it several times a day.
I remember one day this thought came into my head, “I’m excited about my future” and I had been terrified from a recent serious changes in my life.
When I had that thought come into my head I realized I not only thought it, I felt it.
Hi Chrisi,
Thank you for sharing
