Facebooks own Alerts!

The day after I posted Facebook Alerts – The Featute Facebook Forgot Facebook announced an updated Facebook Pages layout with several new features to help you engage with the people who “Like” your page. Among these features is “Notifications when fans interact with your page or posts”!

Other features are:

• A place to showcase photos along the top of your page
• A news feed for your page
• The ability to Like and post on other pages as your page

You can choose to preview your page and get a guided tour of the new layout and features and you’ll be given the option to upgrade early. All pages will automatically be upgraded on March 10.

I have upgraded my pages and must say that I like the new layout and the new features!

But for now I also keep my Hyper Alerts as there are some differences to Facebooks own alerts.
