Are you administrating one ore more Facebook Pages?

Your own Facebook Page or somebody elses?

Then you probably, like me, have wondered, why you can’t get an email when there is some kind of activity on your page. Whether somebody has posted a new comment, link, photo or video. Maybe you have even been (again, I have!) irritated by this.

BUT!! Now you can!

Hyper Alerts.

It’s called Hyper Alerts. It’s a beta version, but it works!

This feature sends you an email when somebody posts or comments on your Facebook Page, and you define if you want this email within minutes after a posting – or if you just want a summary each hour, day, week or month.

And!! It’s very easy to set up!

Go to: www.hyperalerts.no

You will see this screen:

Simply click the “Create new account” link. After this type your email and choose a password.

Now you are ready to choose between two options:

You can add your page (-s) using the url of the page, or you can allow Hyper Alerts to connect to your Facebook profile and then with one click of your mouse choose between your pages. Also you can select what kind of activity you want emails about, and how often you want the emails.

As you can see, I have chosen to get email as soon as possible when somebody posts something or write a comment on my Facebook Page. I have chosen not to get an email when I post or comment
